錄用條件

• 以滿足生產為目的,根據(jù)公司生產需求制定原材料采購計劃；同時根據(jù)客戶需求，制定進口貿易件的采購及物流計劃。

Making prematerial purchasing plan object to production demand; Makingtrading parts purchasing and delivery plan according to the customer request.

• 確保原材料、進口貿易件及時到廠，滿足公司生產及運營需要；

Make sure pre-material and trading parts delivery in time and meet companydemand.

• 跟蹤原料及貿易件的運輸狀態(tài)，并做相應記錄；

Chasing the shipping status of pre-material and trading parts, keepingrecords accordingly.

• 評估及解決所有供給問題；

Evaluate and drive resolution on all material supply issues

• 以最優(yōu)的運輸方式安排所需原材料，貿易件，維修備件等及時到廠，避免超額運費。及時完成進口材料的報關，通關工作。

Using the best transportation option to arrange material, trading parts,spare parts etc arrives in time, avoid premium freight.  Finishing the customs clearance job in time.

• 參與內部與外部成本節(jié)儉項目；

Participate in cost and cycle time reduction internally and externally.

• 供應商定期評價及商務談判；

Suppliers’ evaluations as well as business negotiation etc.

• 由經理分配的其他任務

Other tasks assigned by linemanager.

 

任職要求

• 最低學歷要求 Minimum EducationRequirements:

本科以上學歷

Bachelor degree or above;

• 最低經驗要求 Minimum ExperienceRequirements:

3年以上外資企業(yè)采購經驗

At least 3 years purchasing experience in foreign enterprise;

• 必備技能與特質Essential Skills& Characteristics:

熟練掌握MS Office, 有SAP經驗及進出口報關經驗者優(yōu)先

Good command of MS Office, SAP, import & export declaration workingexperience preferable;

• 良好的中英文溝通能力

Good communication skill in Chinese & English;

• 具有團隊精神

Good Team player

• 客戶為導向的意識

Strong customer-orientated sense.

 

薪酬福利

• 月薪8-9k , 全年14.3薪，五險一金，節(jié)假日福利；
